The location is welcoming and staff are friendly. I gave this rating following laser hair removal treatments. After 12 sessions over the course of a year, I had to stop as I was not getting the desired results.

I am extremely disappointed as these treatments were not cheap. I feel like that it was wasted time and money.

I was surprised that after communicating my disappointment and reason for stopping the treatments, that nobody reached out to try and make this right.

Edit: I was contacted by the manager who had not been made aware of my concerns. She was disappointed as well with these results. She addressed my concerns and made it right. This shows that Ottawa MediSPA staff cares about their clients and the care they provide. This rating reflects the quality of service they offer.
