I’ve just completed... my third electrolysis session with Felicia and I am so impressed. She targets a lot of hairs in a short span of time and is extremely detail oriented. I’ve heard a lot of horror stories of hyperpigmentation and blisters from electrolysis, while I understand that can still happen, I’ve had no issue of the sort with Felicia, I truly believe it’s because of how professional and good she is at her craft. But above all, she is so kind, flexible and sweet! The last two appointments, I came in as a mess from being slightly late and needing to take care of an emergency, she was so kind and so understanding. Above my expectations!! This is the perfect wax for sensitive skin. I've had my services done by 3 different estheticians, and they are all very professional. They hold a high standard for cleanliness.
